Managing Transactions

After processing a payment or authorization through the Virtual Terminal, you can manage it from the Finix Dashboard.

Sale

After using the Virtual Terminal to process a sale, a Payment ID is returned. Click the Payment ID to open the payment details page.

From the payment details page, you can:

• Review the payment details.
• Create a receipt.
• Issue a refund.

Managing Payments

Authorization

After using the Virtual Terminal to process an authorization, an Authorization ID is returned. Click the Authorization ID to open the authorization details page.

From the authorization details page, the following actions are available:

• Capture Authorization the authorization to complete the charge.
• Void Authorization the authorization to release the hold on the buyer's funds.
• Create Receipt for the authorization.
