Who We Are

Finix is on a mission to create the most accessible financial services ecosystem in history. To do so, we are building the global operating system for fintech, starting with payments.

We believe every business should have access to the best and most innovative payment technology—and that they should earn the bulk of the economic benefit. To accelerate access to payments and fintech for the greater good, we need to remove the technical, compliance, regulatory, and global barriers to entry.

How we work

Here are some of the values you’ll find among the talented group of Finixians (yes, that’s what we call ourselves) we’ve brought together so far.

What we care about.

• Customer First
Our customers trust us with their businesses and their livelihoods. We don’t rest so that our customers can.

• Open, Honest, & Direct
We don’t stand for corporate politics. We say what we mean and mean what we say, but we always do it in a respectful manner.

• Act Like An Owner
...because you are one! Hold yourself and others accountable. And absolutely never say “that’s not my job.”

• Passion For Your Craft
We’re geeks and we own it. We sweat the small stuff and build with purpose.

• Eagerness to Evolve
At Finix, feedback is a gift. What got us here isn’t what will get us to the next stage. We push each other to be better each and every day.

• Proactive Empathy
We put ourselves in someone else's shoes, and believe that empathy is the foundation of great company.

• Integrity is Non-Negotiable
It takes years to build a reputation, but just minutes to ruin it. We live by a strong moral code and share a common sense of decency.

• Always Hungry & Hustling
We live with a sense of urgency and abhor complacency. Where others see walls we see opportunity. We work hard but enjoy the ride!

Why I love Finix.

"One of the moments that influenced my decision to come to Finix occurred during my interview. The hiring manager said my name, and later asked if he had pronounced it correctly. I told them that technically it wasn't right, but it wasn't a problem. He said, "here at Finix names matter," and pronounced my name correctly for the rest of the interview."

Marianne Motus | Product Manager

"I've learned a lot about payments, building systems, and the growth you can achieve by surrounding yourself with talented people. Working with accomplished individuals has taught me that team comes before anything else. If you keep your teammates happy and earn trust by having their backs, the mechanisms needed for success are easier to implement."
